To book your treatment, please send me an email and I’ll get back to you to schedule you in. If you have any questions before booking your treatment, I’ll be happy to answer them by email.
On occasion I also offer remote sessions online as well as local home visits, if interested please contact me.
I also offer a free consultation of 15 minutes by phone. Home visits are available with pre-consultation, to book this please contact me directly. For all bookings, I have a 24 hours cancellation policy.

Your First Visit
Our first meeting will start with a consultation about your particular needs to ensure that each treatment is tailored to you. I may combine several therapies within one session, allowing your body to receive exactly what it needs in that moment, supporting both physical relief and nervous system regulation.

Cancellation Policy
I have a 24hr cancellation policy. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give me at least 24hrs notice by email, otherwise a fee applies.
