About My Treatments

Mattea offers sessions for individuals as well as for mothers and babies. This includes pre- and postnatal treatments.

Her treatments can help babies with issues such as birth trauma, development problems, misalignment and they can also help to improve the communication between mothers and child. Mattea can offer baby massage and can teach parents how to do it individually.

Mattea utilises all her treatment modalities to suit individual client’s needs. She can combine her different specialisms and techniques, or stick to one modality, depending on which can give the maximum benefit to the well-being of each client.

What Shapes My Work

I have a deep love and passion for supporting wellbeing, guided by care, warmth, and intuition. My interest in health and dedication to continuously learning and understanding the body’s natural healing processes allows me to give the very best to my clients.

I have always felt a connection to nature — the calm of the ocean, the rhythm of the sea and the quiet strength of trees reminds us to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.

This philosophy shapes my work as a complementary practitioner, where I use Craniosacral Therapy (CST), massage, Bowen Technique, Reiki, and Reflexology to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance and wellbeing.

I love helping people reconnect with their bodies, empowering clients to trust their own healing, and guiding them gently toward relaxation, balance, and renewed energy.

“Mattea does very intuitive and insightful bodywork and has years of experience to draw on. The combination of massage to scar tissue and craniosacral work to longstanding chronic trauma damage has been really good and I feel much more positive and more my old ‘can do’ self as a result.”
